Desired performance:
Front motor: Turns on/off when switch is turned on/off. Turns rack left/right according to how switch is turned.
Rear motor: Turns on/off when switch is turned on/off. Propels craft forward/reverse with wheels/propeller according to how switch is turned.
Rear wheels: Turn along axle at the same time, turn when the rear motor is turned on.
Front wheels: Pivot in same direction when rack is moved left/right. The wheels turn freely along their axles.
Propeller: Rotates when rear motor is turned on. Propels craft forward when unit is in water.
Hull Material: Material must float on surface and not take on any water.
Hull w/ weight: Final shaped hull must be able to float on surface with all projected weight and not take on water.
